Join Chef David Gross for an exclusive hands-on cooking class at Panzano, where you’ll learn the secrets to crafting delicate ricotta gnocchi and expertly preparing braised lamb breast. This immersive experience will take you through gnocchi-making from scratch, butchery and braising techniques, and the flavors of spring with English peas, asparagus, and a vibrant pistou.
